Customer Experience Agent (Remote) We are currently looking to hire Customer Experience Agents to join our team for an initial 6-month trial period. Based on performance and overall contribution, there is an opportunity for long-term employment. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Respond to customer emails and support tickets Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently Provide accurate information regarding products and orders Communicate clearly and professionally across all customer interactions Schedule Working hours will fall between 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST The final schedule will be discussed and confirmed with selected candidates Requirements Strong verbal and written English communication skills Previous experience in customer service or customer support Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude Compensation $5 per hour Performance-based salary review after the first 3 months We are looking for reliable, proactive, and customer-oriented professionals who are eager to grow with our team.
