Customer Experience Call Researcher – USA Only

We need a U.S.-based freelancer to make short outbound calls to assigned businesses and record how representatives respond to a customer inquiry. You will receive the phone number, address, ZIP code, and call script for each assignment. Responsibilities Make outbound calls. Use the provided address and ZIP code. Follow the assigned customer scenario. Ask the questions in the provided script. Record the representative's responses. Note service availability, pricing, or fees when provided. Submit a brief report after each call. Requirements U.S.-based. Fluent English. Professional phone communication. Reliable and detail-oriented. Regular phone number required; virtual numbers are not accepted. Payment Hourly Upwork contract. Hourly rate stated in the job post. Time tracked with Upwork Time Tracker. Ongoing work available.
