Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator (Remote) Candor Pest Control Fluent English Required (Written & Spoken) Full-Time | Remote | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST Compensation $1,000-$1,500+ USD Per Month (Base Pay + Performance Bonuses + Overtime Opportunities) IMPORTANT Applications without a video introduction will be automatically disqualified. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator to become the voice of our company and a key member of our team. This is not a traditional call center role. You will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience, supporting our operations team, and helping ensure every customer interaction reflects the values that have made Candor successful. What You’ll Do * Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and customer inquiries * Schedule new and existing customer appointments * Follow up on service requests and customer questions * Assist prospective customers who contact us for information and pricing * Reactivate former customers when appropriate * Collect and update payment information * Coordinate daily with technicians and operations staff * Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently * Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes * Learn Candor’s services, treatment methods, and customer programs * Help ensure customers are scheduled within 48 hours whenever possible * Support a world-class customer experience from the first phone call to every service thereafter What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: * Calls are consistently answered within three rings * Customers receive prompt, professional communication * Customer retention remains exceptionally strong * Customers regularly compliment their experience with Candor * Scheduling is organized, efficient, and proactive * Technicians receive clear and accurate information * Customers feel genuinely cared for after every interaction * Ownership no longer needs to manage day-to-day customer communication Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes pride in serving others and believes that great customer experiences create long-term business success.
