Summary

2-month full-time project supporting customer experience strategy development for a F500 client. This role will help shape initiatives, improve customer journeys, and support execution across key business areas. The work is full time and may lead to full-time employment. We’re looking for someone who can collaborate closely with internal teams, translate strategy into practical plans, and contribute to long-term customer experience improvements. Demonstrated consulting experience in strategy customer experience required. Experience dealing with senior executives required.
