Summary

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Customer Inquiry & Service Research Assistant to help gather information from businesses through brief phone conversations and written reporting. This is a remote, flexible position ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience interacting with businesses in a professional manner. Responsibilities: Contact assigned businesses by phone Ask general questions regarding services, availability, and customer support Record accurate information from each conversation Evaluate responsiveness and professionalism Submit brief written summaries after each assignment Daily Tasks May Include: Calling businesses to request information Verifying service details and availability Documenting responses in a provided format Organizing notes and submitting reports Maintaining accurate records of completed assignments Requirements: Must be based in the USA Excellent verbal and written English Professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills Reliable phone and internet connection Ability to work independently Schedule: Flexible schedule Assignments provided throughout the week Primarily during standard business hours Opportunity for ongoing work Compensation: Hourly pay through Upwork Paid for calling, reporting, and administrative tasks Consistent performers may receive additional assignments Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience Administrative support experience Virtual assistant experience Market research background Call center experience Data entry and reporting skills How to Apply: Please include: Your current U.S. location General availability Relevant work experience A brief summary of your phone communication experience We're looking for reliable professionals who can communicate clearly, gather accurate information, and consistently meet project requirements.
