We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Invoicing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling customer inquiries and managing invoicing processes efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Deliverables

Follow up customer inquiries via phone and email
Discover the solution that best meets clients needs - ie: seminar or membership or both
Process and manage invoices accurately
Provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the finance team for record keeping
