Summary

SmarterSwipe is a payments and technology partner for independent restaurants and small businesses across the US. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a bilingual Onboarding Associate to own the start of every new merchant account and be a frontline point of support for our merchants and sales agents. This is the person who makes sure every new account starts clean: paperwork done right, equipment ordered, install scheduled, nothing dropped. What you'll do: Review, submit, and process new merchant applications through our dashboard and CRM Confirm every account is complete and accurate before it moves forward Order equipment and schedule installations with our internal teams Keep sales agents updated on the status of their accounts Answer everyday billing and account questions (bank changes, basic billing, account updates) What we're looking for: Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken (this is required) Highly organized and detail obsessed, the kind of person who never lets something slip through Comfortable talking with merchants and sales agents by phone and email Reliable full-time availability with overlap to US business hours A plus: experience in payments, merchant services, POS, or account onboarding Why you'll like it: Long-term and full-time, with a real path to grow into an Onboarding Specialist role You'll be the foundation of every new account and a core part of a growing team To apply: Start your message with the word "Foundation" so we know you actually read this.
