Summary

We are a fast-growing home services company based in Los Angeles looking for a full-time Customer Operations & Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and SMS messages, responding to new leads quickly, following up on open estimates, converting leads into booked appointments, scheduling and rescheduling jobs, confirming appointments, communicating with customers, coordinating schedule updates with field crews, following up on unpaid invoices, requesting customer reviews, and maintaining accurate CRM records. This is not a basic data-entry VA position. We need someone confident on the phone, organized, sales-minded, and able to solve routine customer and scheduling issues independently. Experience with U.S.-based home service companies such as cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, pest control, restoration, or similar field-service businesses is strongly preferred. The position requires excellent spoken and written English, reliable internet, strong phone communication, CRM experience, and availability during U.S. Pacific Time business hours. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow into a senior sales, customer operations, or office management role as the company expands.
