Summary

We are a growing Done-For-You (D4Y) service provider helping clients from D/A/CH settle, invest, and build businesses in Cyprus. We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and proactive Customer Operations Specialist to handle our daily customer fulfillment and partner communication. This is a long-term, remote freelance position (approx. 15-25 hours per week) within European time zones. Your Core Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Answer incoming client inquiries regarding their fulfillment status via Email, WhatsApp (via Respond.io), and phone. Proactive Account Care: Actively reach out to clients to gather missing documents, give status updates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Partner Coordination: Communicate with our legal, tax, and real estate partners (brokers, developers) to solve client cases, speed up government processes, and clear bottlenecks. Data & Tool Management: Keep our CRM (GHL), Google Workspace, respond.io and project dashboards meticulously updated. Your Profile & Skills: Languages: Fluent/Native German (C1/C2) AND excellent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory. Tech Stack: Experienced with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and CRM/Omnichannel tools (experience with Respond.io is a huge plus). You adapt to new tools quickly. Mindset: Highly reliable, responsive (fast reaction times during business hours), and extremely detail-oriented. Style: You can communicate professionally with high-net-worth clients as well as assertively with lawyers and authorities. What We Offer: Hourly Rate: 8,00 - 13,00 EUR / hour fixed (depending on qualification). Performance Bonuses: Extra compensations for high customer satisfaction.
