About the Role We are seeking friendly, engaging, and professional Customer Outreach Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will speak with customers who have recently purchased products from our clients. Your primary responsibility is to build genuine conversations, gather valuable customer feedback, and create a positive experience during every interaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are natural conversationalists, strong listeners, and enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. Key Responsibilities - Contact customers who have recently purchased products from our clients. - Engage customers in natural, meaningful conversations. - Build rapport and establish trust during calls. - Listen actively and identify customer needs, concerns, and feedback. - Accurately document conversation details and customer insights. - Follow provided call guidelines while maintaining an authentic and conversational approach. - Represent our company and clients professionally at all times. Qualifications - Native-level English speaking ability. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Strong active listening skills. - Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain engaging conversations. - Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Reliable and professional demeanor. Technical Requirements - Stable, high-speed internet connection. - Quiet workspace free from distractions. - Computer or laptop capable of handling web-based calling platforms. - Headset with clear audio quality preferred. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is not necessarily someone with extensive sales or call center experience. We're looking for individuals who can connect with people naturally, ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and recognize conversational cues that help create meaningful customer interactions.
