About the Role We are seeking friendly, engaging, and professional Customer Outreach Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will speak with customers who have recently purchased products from our clients. Your primary responsibility is to build genuine conversations, gather valuable customer feedback, and create a positive experience during every interaction. Key Responsibilities - Contact customers who have recently purchased products from our clients. - Engage customers in natural, meaningful conversations. - Build rapport and establish trust during calls. - Listen actively and identify customer needs, concerns, and feedback. - Accurately document conversation details and customer insights. - Follow provided call guidelines while maintaining an authentic and conversational approach. - Represent our company and clients professionally at all times. Qualifications - Native-level English speaking ability. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Strong active listening skills. - Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain engaging conversations. - Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Reliable and professional demeanor.
