I’m looking for someone experienced and confident on the phone to handle warranty and customer resolution calls for a list of faulty consumer items. This is not cold calling or sales. The role involves contacting manufacturers and support teams to progress warranty claims and resolve ongoing product issues. Your responsibilities will include: * Calling manufacturers and customer support teams * Explaining product faults clearly and naturally * Progressing claims toward resolution * Handling troubleshooting conversations * Following up on existing cases * Escalating unresolved claims where necessary * Keeping organised notes on outcomes and next steps The ideal person: * Speaks fluent, natural English * Is confident handling phone conversations * Knows how to remain polite but assertive * Can think quickly during live calls * Is organised and reliable * Has experience in customer service, complaints handling, warranty claims, or dispute * You must sound natural and believable on calls * The goal is to move cases forward efficiently without sounding aggressive or scripted Please apply with: * Your relevant experience * Any previous warranty/customer resolution work * Your timezone and availability * A short voice recording if possible
