Customer Retention Associate

Join our team as a Customer Retention Associate. You’ll play the vital role of helping our clients when they aren’t seeing the success they’re looking for, by working with them to implement BloomNation’s best practices and increase their order volume and revenue, while also reminding them of the value they’re receiving with BloomNation. This role is best suited for someone who is empathetic, driven, loves solving complex problems with grace and gusto, and balances a competitive nature with being a team player. Working well under pressure and being comfortable with ambiguity are also important - we like to move fast, and that means things can change quickly! This role requires at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Retention role where you were responsible for convincing customers not to cancel their accounts. Familiarity with basic persuasion and negotiation techniques is essential. Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus!
