We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our U.S. based architectural stone manufacturing company. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service & Operations Virtual Assistant Cast Stone International is seeking a full time Virtual Assistant to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to our growing U.S. business. Responsibilities • Respond to customer emails, messages, and website inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Answer general questions about our products, availability, lead times, shipping, and company information. • Schedule customer appointments and coordinate meetings. • Update and maintain our CRM with customer information and communication history. • Track customer follow ups and order status. • Coordinate with our team to provide customers with accurate updates. • Organize files, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks as needed. • Escalate technical or architectural questions to the appropriate team member. Requirements • Excellent written and spoken English. • Friendly, professional, and customer focused. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience with Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Excel. • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot is a plus. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, and interested in building a long term relationship with our company.
