Customer Service Agent - Dropshipping

For our DROPSHIPPING business, we are seeking for dedicated customer service agents. We are looking for agents that have experience in Shopify, Reamaze and the DROPSHIPPING customer behavior. This remote role demands excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently via email. RESPONSIBILITIES - Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner - Documenting the refunds or any specific complaints - Handling customer complaints - Be focused on customer care - Being able to escalate issues to the managers - Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS: - Shopify (eCommerce platform) - Reamaze (support help desk) - Google Spreadsheet (for documentation) - Slack/Discord (communication channel) - DeepL (for translation) APPLICANT NEEDS TO - Be available for 40 hours per immediate - Speak fluent English both written and verbally - Minimum 1 year of experience in CS - Be available for weekly team calls - Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow. - Available to join immediately - Have experience in dropshipping Please send your resume, cover letter, and any relevant work samples.
