Summary

Must be able to work 8 AM - 4:30 PM PST Monday - Friday. Must have experience with SEO and Digital Marketing. Our established marketing company is seeking experienced customer service agents who can handle more advanced customer service tickets. Must speak and write perfect English. Your job is to take care of customers' requests in as few messages as possible. This is a full-time position and requires total attention. Must be a team player and a quick learner.
