Customer Service Agent – E-commerce Fashion Brand (Shopify) Remote Position | Flexible Hours About the Role: We're looking for a reliable, friendly Customer Service Agent to handle customer emails for a growing e-commerce fashion brand. This is an ongoing role with flexible hours based on ticket volume — perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and wants consistent, clear daily tasks. Your Responsibilities: - Respond to customer emails in a professional, on-brand tone - Handle order issues (size changes, colour changes, product switches) via Shopify - Coordinate with our supplier to confirm whether changes are possible - Use our email templates and ChatGPT to craft accurate replies - Escalate to the team when needed What We're Looking For - Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry - Comfortable using Shopify, ChatGPT, and basic web tools - Ability to work independently and manage your own time - Good organisational skills with ability to track multiple tasks - Strong written English communication skills for customer and supplier contact Nice to Have: - Experience with fashion or apparel brands - Familiarity with e-commerce customer service How to Apply Check this video!
