We’re seeking a customer service agent to support our e-commerce business by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll communicate with customers via email, update order and customer information, and help keep our systems organized. The ideal freelancer is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role with room for growth based on performance.
