Summary

We are looking for a reliable Customer Service / Property Management Virtual Assistant to help support daily tenant communication, work order coordination, leasing support, and general administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can read carefully, follow written instructions, communicate professionally, and stay organized while managing multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities Respond to tenant and vendor messages professionally Monitor, organize, and update work orders Request photos, details, and updates when needed Communicate repair updates to tenants and vendors Update AppFolio notes, tenant accounts, and task trackers Help track move-outs, make-ready progress, inspections, and other time-sensitive items Keep communication documented in writing Escalate urgent or unclear matters to management with complete details Follow company procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately Requirements Strong written English communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus AppFolio experience is a plus Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Planner Property management or real estate experience is a plus Customer service experience preferred Must be detail-oriented and able to follow written instructions Must be organized, reliable, and able to manage deadlines Must be comfortable using email, task lists, and online systems Must be able to think through issues before escalating Must communicate clearly and professionally, even in difficult situations Must have reliable internet, computer and headset. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently after training. We need someone who reads instructions carefully, asks the right questions, keeps clear notes, and follows through on tasks without needing constant reminders. Schedule Monday–Friday Must be available starting at 9:00 AM CDT Part-time to start 20-30hrs weekly with the possibility of additional hours based on performance and business needs. Trial Period and Growth Opportunity This position will begin with a 3-month trial period. After the trial period, the candidate may be offered a full position based on performance, reliability, communication, and overall fit. Once offered a full position, there may be an opportunity to earn an incentive bonus based on performance and business needs.
