Customer Service Agents for Google Meet Video Interview

We are looking for current or former customer service agents with experience supporting ecommerce businesses, especially Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms. This is a short 15 minute Google Meet interview. We will ask you a few questions about your real work experience, common customer issues, daily challenges, and frustrations while handling ecommerce support tickets. Topics may include refunds, returns, order tracking, delayed deliveries, product questions, complaints, repetitive tickets, ticket backlogs, follow ups, escalations, and workflow problems. The session will be recorded for research & marketing purposes. Requirements: Experience in ecommerce customer support Experience with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms Fluent English communication skills Comfortable joining a Google Meet Video call Comfortable with the session being recorded Able to share clear and honest feedback Time: 15 minutes Payment: $20 through Upwork after completion Please apply with a brief note about your ecommerce customer service experience and mention the platforms you have supported.
