Our product line includes boric acid suppositories that support vaginal health, help maintain optimal pH balance, and address common intimate wellness concerns. We also offer intimate wellness devices, including rose-shaped personal wellness devices, and other products designed to support personal wellness, confidence, intimacy, and overall well-being. JOB BRIEF We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to manage both customer interactions and social media content. This role combines customer support (email, DMs, and live chat) with content creation and editing for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly and professionally, and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable engaging with customers in real time while also creating and refining social media content that aligns with the brand. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys helping customers, has a strong eye for content quality, and can seamlessly switch between support tasks and creative work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Customer Service - Deliver timely and professional support via email, Instagram DMs, and live social media chats. - Respond to inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and a focus on customer satisfaction. - Resolve issues efficiently, including order concerns, refunds, and account verification. 2. Product & Order Management - Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively. - Monitor orders, ensure accurate processing, and coordinate deliveries and refunds. 3. Content & Social Media Management - Create, edit, and publish content for Instagram and TikTok. - Provide real-time engagement and support during live social media sessions. 4. Collaboration & Improvement - Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. - Participate in training and contribute to process improvements. - Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and company policies. 5. Support ad hoc tasks and projects as needed. REQUIREMENTS - At least a year of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using customer service and related tools - Proficiency in different social media platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok
