# Customer Service & ERP Data Entry Specialist (Long-Term Opportunity) We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service & ERP Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a freelance position with the opportunity for ongoing, long-term work for the right person. **This project will focus primarily on ERP data entry.** You will be responsible for accurately entering historical and current business documents into our ERP system using information provided in Excel spreadsheets, PDF documents, and other supporting files. ## Responsibilities (Immediate Priority) * Enter Sales Orders into our ERP system from Excel spreadsheets and PDF documents. * Create Purchase Orders from supplier documentation. * Enter customer Quotes into the ERP. * Create and enter customer Invoices. * Verify all information for accuracy before submission. * Cross-reference multiple documents to ensure data integrity. * Identify missing or inconsistent information and communicate questions promptly. * Maintain organized records throughout the migration process. ## Qualifications ### Experience * Previous data entry roles * Previous experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is required. * Experience entering Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Quotes, and Invoices is highly preferred. * Experience in wholesale distribution, industrial products, manufacturing, or B2B sales support is a strong advantage. ### Skills * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong data entry skills with a high degree of precision. * Comfortable working with Excel, PDFs, and multiple software systems simultaneously. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes. ## What We're Looking For We value accuracy over speed.
