Customer Service Evaluation & Business Research Assistant (USA Only)

We are hiring a U.S.-based freelancer to assist with customer service evaluation and business research projects. Your primary responsibility will be contacting businesses, gathering information about their services, evaluating their customer experience, and documenting your findings in a structured report. This is a remote position with flexible hours and long-term potential. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses during business hours. Ask standardized research questions. Gather information about services, estimates, availability, and business procedures. Evaluate response quality, professionalism, and communication. Record accurate notes from each interaction. Submit completed reports through Upwork. Qualifications Must currently reside in the United States. Excellent spoken and written English. Professional communication skills. Comfortable making outbound business calls. Reliable internet connection. Strong attention to detail. Experience in customer service, market research, quality assurance, mystery shopping, or virtual assistance is preferred.
