Summary

This position is a Customer Service Administrative Assistant with a company that sell products. We need someone to help track projects, respond quickly and cheerily to emails, keep relationships active and sort by priority. This position will also work with our sales team to help keep us on track by leading meetings over Zoom to remind everyone of the goals and priorities. Responsibilities Keep track of clients, deadlines, priorities and tasks with our project list Onboard new wholesale accounts and ensure accurate setup Maintain and organize CRM records in Pipedrive including update contact information, notes, and deal stages Schedule bulk email campaigns Track active small wholesale accounts and follow-ups Organize and maintain Google Drive client folders and customer paperwork Support customer communication with friendly, professional responses Requirements Fluent in English with excellent grammar and spelling Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and Google Drive (optional experience in PipeDrive and Google email) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable and driven to complete tasks all the way through (TENACITY) Supportive, cheery, and friendly personality Ideal Candidate Enjoys organizing systems and keeping things updated Communicates warmly and professionally with customers Notices missing details and solves problems proactively Follows instructions carefully while also using good judgment Takes ownership of tasks and completes them thoroughly Software (not required to be familiar) Google Suites (Drive, Documents, Email and Calendar) Pipedrive Schedule Approximately 20 hours a week, regular time but flexible what time that is as long as it's scheduled in advance (M-F). Ideal candidate will be able to grow into 40 hours a week. Growth Opportunity This role may expand into additional responsibilities and hours over time for the right candidate.
