The ideal candidate will respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or messaging platforms, proofread communications and documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity, and accurately enter, update, and maintain customer records and other business data. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support is preferred, and familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce is an advantage.
