Customer Service Rep – Dropshipping

Summary

We're hiring a CS rep to handle customer support for our EU dropshipping business. What you'll do: - Respond to customer inquiries (email). - Handle "where is my order?" questions and manage expectations around long shipping times. - Process refunds, replacements, and escalations. - Fight and win PayPal/Stripe/credit card disputes and chargebacks, mainly 'item not received' due to slow shipping. Requirements: - Experience in a dropshipping business customer service. - Experience handling disputes and chargebacks. - Familiarity with Shopify.
