Customer Service Rep for Electricians

Remote Customer Service Representative – Electrical Services Company We're looking for a reliable, personable CSR to answer inbound calls and schedule electricians for residential appointments using Service Titan. Responsibilities - Answer calls and schedule/adjust electrician appointments - Communicate with electricians and staff via Service Titan chat - Enter and update customer/job info accurately - Confirm appointments and handle rescheduling - Resolve customer questions; escalate complex issues as needed Requirements - Fluent English speaker (native or near-native fluency strongly preferred) - Customer service or scheduling/dispatch experience - Service Titan experience preferred (or ability to learn quickly) - Reliable internet and a quiet home work environment - Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Schedule & Details - Type: Remote / Contract - Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time - Pay: $5-$10/hour + job booking bonus How to Apply Include: your relevant experience, Service Titan familiarity, availability/time zone, and a short voice/video intro.
