Customer Service Representative (CSR) โ HVAC Lead Conversion Specialist

We are an HVAC company hiring experienced CSRs / appointment setters whose main job is simple: turn leads into booked appointments. This is a high-performance role for people who know how to follow up, stay consistent, and convert leads. ๐ฅ Main Goal / KPI Your #1 responsibility is to book appointments. โ Follow up with every lead until they either book, opt out, or are fully disqualified โ Daily calling, texting, and lead follow-up is required โ Minimum KPI: 30% booking rate โณ Responsibilities โ Call new leads immediately as they come in โ Make daily outbound follow-up calls โ Handle inbound calls professionally โ Follow up through calls, texts, and CRM tasks โ Keep following up consistently until an appointment is booked โ Update CRM notes and manage lead pipelines โ Represent our company professionally with every interaction โจ Requirements โ 3+ years of experience converting leads into booked appointments โ Strong sales, follow-up, and objection-handling skills โ Comfortable making high-volume calls every day โ Experience with CRMs (multiple CRM experiences are a plus) โ HVAC experience is a bonus, but lead conversion experience is what matters most โ Reliable high-speed internet โ Must be available across PST, MST, and EST time zones โ Must be dependable, consistent, and serious about hitting KPIs ๐ค Who Weโre Looking For: We are hiring multiple CSRs and looking for people who are: โ Hungry to perform โ Great on the phone โ Consistent with follow-up โ Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment โ Focused on one thing: booking appointments โ ๏ธ Application Instructions Please submit a short voice recording introducing yourself and sharing your experience.
