Customer Service Representative (CSR) – HVAC Lead Conversion Specialist

We are an HVAC company hiring experienced CSRs / appointment setters whose main job is simple: turn leads into booked appointments. This is a high-performance role for people who know how to follow up, stay consistent, and convert leads. 🔥 Main Goal / KPI Your #1 responsibility is to book appointments. ✅ Follow up with every lead until they either book, opt out, or are fully disqualified ✅ Daily calling, texting, and lead follow-up is required ✅ Minimum KPI: 30% booking rate ⏳ Responsibilities ✅ Call new leads immediately as they come in ✅ Make daily outbound follow-up calls ✅Handle inbound calls professionally ✅ Follow up through calls, texts, and CRM tasks ✅ Keep following up consistently until an appointment is booked ✅ Update CRM notes and manage lead pipelines ✅ Represent our company professionally with every interaction ✨ Requirements ✅ 3+ years of experience converting leads into booked appointments ✅ Strong sales, follow-up, and objection-handling skills ✅ Comfortable making high-volume calls every day ✅ Experience with CRMs (multiple CRM experiences are a plus) ✅ HVAC experience is a bonus, but lead conversion experience is what matters most ✅ Reliable high-speed internet ✅ Must be available across PST, MST, and EST time zones ✅ Must be dependable, consistent, and serious about hitting KPIs 🤍 Who We’re Looking For: We are hiring multiple CSRs and looking for people who are: ✅ Hungry to perform ✅ Great on the phone ✅ Consistent with follow-up ✅ Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment ✅ Focused on one thing: booking appointments ⚠️ Application Instructions Please submit a short voice recording introducing yourself and sharing your experience.
