We are an HVAC company hiring experienced CSRs / appointment setters whose main job is simple: turn leads into booked appointments. This is a high-performance role for people who know how to follow up, stay consistent, and convert leads. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Main Goal / KPI Your #1 responsibility is to book appointments. โœ… Follow up with every lead until they either book, opt out, or are fully disqualified โœ… Daily calling, texting, and lead follow-up is required โœ… Minimum KPI: 30% booking rate โณ Responsibilities โœ… Call new leads immediately as they come in โœ… Make daily outbound follow-up calls โœ…Handle inbound calls professionally โœ… Follow up through calls, texts, and CRM tasks โœ… Keep following up consistently until an appointment is booked โœ… Update CRM notes and manage lead pipelines โœ… Represent our company professionally with every interaction โœจ Requirements โœ… 3+ years of experience converting leads into booked appointments โœ… Strong sales, follow-up, and objection-handling skills โœ… Comfortable making high-volume calls every day โœ… Experience with CRMs (multiple CRM experiences are a plus) โœ… HVAC experience is a bonus, but lead conversion experience is what matters most โœ… Reliable high-speed internet โœ… Must be available across PST, MST, and EST time zones โœ… Must be dependable, consistent, and serious about hitting KPIs ๐Ÿค Who Weโ€™re Looking For: We are hiring multiple CSRs and looking for people who are: โœ… Hungry to perform โœ… Great on the phone โœ… Consistent with follow-up โœ… Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment โœ… Focused on one thing: booking appointments โš ๏ธ Application Instructions Please submit a short voice recording introducing yourself and sharing your experience.
