Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time (Remote) GWM Commercial Auto Glass Location: Remote Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Schedule: Fixed weekends off About Us GWM Commercial Auto Glass, based in Macon, GA, is a trusted provider of expert auto glass repair services, specializing in semi-truck windshield repair and replacement. We partner with businesses nationwide to deliver reliable, efficient service to our clients. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments with our established network of auto glass partners across the country. This is a key position that ensures smooth communication between clients and service providers, helping maintain our high standard of service and customer satisfaction. It involves heavy communication to our clients, drivers and within our team. We really need someone proactive and on top of all the communications.
