Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Shopify e-commerce store. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Process and manage orders through Shopify. Communicate with suppliers or the fulfillment team when needed. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved issues. Provide excellent customer support while maintaining a positive brand image. Requirements: Experience with Shopify is preferred. Previous customer service experience in e-commerce. Excellent written English communication skills. Ability to multitask and solve problems independently. Familiarity with customer support tools (such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk) is a plus. Reliable internet connection and availability during working hours. Employment Type: Full time Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
