Job Responsibilities: • Answer product and service questions (via phone and email) • Technical support (product walk-through, troubleshooting, etc.) • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Communicate between customer and repair service centers to resolve warrantee claims. • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Qualifications: • Proficiency in English (MUST BE FLUENT!) • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills • Customer Relations/Customer Service • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office/Google Sheets/Outlook • Typing Speed: 50 WPM • Tech Savvy/Mechanical Aptitude/Knowledge of Kitchen Appliances (Plus!) • Experience using Zendesk, Skype, and TeamViewer Technical Requirements: • Up to Date Computer/Laptop • Minimum: 8GB RAM • Minimum Processor: Intel Core i5 or better • High Speed Internet (20 mbps up/down) • Quality headset with microphone Company Benefits: •Health insurance Reimbursement •Paid Holidays •Paid Time Off •Bonuses (Monthly/Annually) **Benefits Eligibility would be after successful completion of the Probationary Period (completion of 4 - 6 months of employment).
