Order Processing and Customer Service Representative for Catering Company

We are seeking a dedicated customer service representative for our catering company to provide excellent service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for - Answering inquiries via email - Taking Orders via Email & Phone - Inputting Orders in our ERP (Netsuite) - Resolving customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, along with strong communication skills.
