Customer Service Representative for HVAC company

We are looking to fill a long term position within our company. Responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails and text messages, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience from the initial call through job completion. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate clearly and professionally in English. Previous customer service, call center, dispatching, or HVAC experience is preferred but not required. Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English Minimum availability of 40 hours per week Must be available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time Strong phone and customer service skills Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable, responsive, and comfortable learning new software HVAC or home-service experience is a plus If you are friendly, reliable, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
