Summary We are a fast-growing DME that specializes in providing exceptional, patient-centered primary care services to patients suffering a chronic health condition. The Call Center Representatives support sales, customer support, and the doctor-patient relationship for the business. The call center serves as a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The role of each Call Center Representative is to handle both incoming and outgoing phone calls while adhering to the quality of standards. We are looking for candidates who accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, and who keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. A. Essential Duties 1. Take patient calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns. 2. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, offering patient assistance and support. 3. Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service. 4. Handling call volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. 5. Answer the telephone promptly and politely. 6. Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into the company's software system. 7. Identifying patient needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide reasonable solutions 8. Build sustainable relationships with patients and personnel. 9. Meet and exceed personal and department objectives and metrics. Computer literate: Monday.com preferred Requirements: English Mother tongue Spanish is a bonus Hours: Flexible during 8 am EST - 8 PM PST Job Type: Full-time
