support for our Shopify store while our Customer Support Manager is on vacation. Duration: - Initially 1 week. - There is a possibility of ongoing or permanent work based on performance and business needs, but this is not guaranteed. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly. - Handle order inquiries, shipping updates, refunds, replacements, and general customer questions. - Follow our SOPs and maintain a high standard of customer service. - Work independently and keep the inbox organized. Requirements: - Proven experience with Shopify customer support. - Strong written English. - Excellent attention to detail and professionalism. - Reliable and able to work independently. - Must have earned at least $10,000 on Upwork.
