You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling calls, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and care. Responsibilities: - Take customer calls and provide clear, satisfactory answers to queries and concerns - Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail - Support email and communication needs, ensuring timely and professional responses - Assist with sales-related inquiries and guide clients toward suitable solutions - Maintain a positive and professional tone in all client interactions Requirements: - Fluent in English and able to speak comfortably with clients - Previous experience in customer service and sales support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Preferred Skills: - Experience with CRM tools or customer support platforms - Background in administrative support or data entry - Ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience Contract Type: - Freelance/Remote - Hourly: $5 Schedule Monday to Saturday - 8 AM - 6PM (w/ 1 hour break)
