Position Overview The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers through phone and email communication. This role focuses on answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding products, orders, and general inquiries. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently. This role plays an important part in maintaining a positive customer experience and ensuring timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails Assist customers with product questions, order updates, and general inquiries Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary Provide accurate information regarding company products and policies Document customer interactions and maintain organized records Follow up on open customer issues to ensure resolution Maintain professional communication across all customer interactions Support overall customer service operations as needed Requirements: Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple customer interactions throughout the day Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to remain professional and solution-oriented during customer interactions Preferred: Previous experience in a phone-heavy customer service or call center environment Experience handling customer complaints or issue resolution Bilingual (English/Spanish) Key Traits Reliable Strong communicator Patient and professional Detail-oriented Able to manage multiple priorities Coachable Organization Why Join This role provides direct involvement in customer communication and support operations.
