Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join my company as a remote customer service representative. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and quality our brand stands for. What you'll do: - Handle all customer enquiries and requests via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls - Manage and track orders using Shopify - De-escalate and resolve difficult customer situations professionally and calmly - Respond promptly during scheduled hours and maintain consistent availability - Assist in logistical operations (remotely) What we're looking for - Experience with Shopify (order management, customer records) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable handling difficult customers with patience and professionalism - Able to commit to Singapore hours (Tue–Sat 10am–6pm, Sun 10am–4pm) - Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
