NO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS TO THE OFFICE Bankruptcy Law Firm Seeks Full-Time Phone Customer Service Representative Monday - Thursday 9am-5 pm EST (Friday 9am-4 pm) EST The Customer Service Representative would be an integral part of the Firm as they will be the first person prospective clients talk to; therefore we need someone who will make a great first impression. Must have exceptional phone skills with great English. Responsibilities: Answering inbound phone calls and placing outbound calls with Exceptional customer service, professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion; Assist the team with ministerial tasks and ensure the systematic flow of communication in the office.
