This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear and professional communication with customers across different channels. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations while providing timely and effective support. This role supports business operations by ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service requests with empathy and efficiency Provide accurate information about services, processes, and updates Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations Experience using customer support tools or CRM systems is an advantage Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred
