Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Tele-sales officer based in the Philippines to join our sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for: Handling inbound & outbound calls and enquiries Following up on the customers on the calling list Upselling the products to the existing customers Supporting on road sales teams with administrative work such as preparing quotations, checking stock levels and prices Arranging meetings for sales representative and potential customers Resolving any day to day issues as they arise Coordinate the inter-communication with the rest of the teams to ensure seamless operations As a member of this team, you are often the first point of contact for our customers. You need to provide professional, accurate, and friendly service to our customers.
