Customer Service Reps with E-commerce and Shopify Experience

We are an online furniture business seeking customer service representatives with experience in e-commerce and proficiency in Shopify and Gorgias. As a customer service rep, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role has flexible hours and team is expected to be available 30-40 hours per week. Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and maintain customer accounts in Shopify and Gorgias - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes Skills: - Strong customer service skills - Proficient in Shopify and Gorgias - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Problem-solving abilities We are looking for high-level customer service reps with prior experience in e-commerce and Shopify.
