Customer Service & Sales Phone Agent (Remote)

PartsWarehouse PartsWarehouse provides their customers with complete support, therefore we do handle high-volume phone calls, emails and text messages daily. Our phones are open 7 days a week offering customers a lifeline where most retail companies in the online environment do not. Our customer service representatives provide a variety of services to our customers including, assistance with order placement, answering product and service questions as well as researching order status. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service & Sales Phone Agent -Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, order questions, billing/surcharge explanations, and general support requests. -Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, past customers, or abandoned carts. -Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions. Turning part inquiries into sales opportunities. - Researching and responding to questions - received from our clients via phone, email, and text. - Processing received orders accurately using the company order system - Answering complex questions regarding order shipments, tracking, and potential backorders. - Assessing customer needs and providing the right solutions or part recommendations. - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products, current campaigns, and business practices. - Answering a minimum of 80 calls per day while maintaining quality and accuracy. - Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs require. What We're Looking For • 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment. • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner. • Ability to multitask - talking, typing, and navigating systems simultaneously. • Comfortable with both service-oriented conversations and sales conversations. • Strong problem-solving skills and patience under pressure. • Self-motivated and reliable, with the discipline to work effectively from a home office. • Basic computer proficiency. Requirements for Remote Work • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and back up ISP. • A working computer and headset and back up equipment. • Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
