Customer Service & Sales Support Representative ***Please read full description. There are actions you must take to apply. Are you passionate about helping people and providing top-notch support? We're hiring Customer Service & Sales Support Representatives to join our growing team. This is a remote position where you'll handle our customers' phone, email, and chat support, with a focus on helping customers find the right solution and feel confident moving forward. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Provide clear, professional, and friendly support to resolve customer issues. - Help hesitant or undecided customers understand the value of our products and guide them toward the right fit. - Support customer retention by addressing concerns and reinforcing the benefits of staying with us. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. - Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Excellent written and spoken English skills. - Reliable internet connection (you'll need to demonstrate this as part of the application process). - Flexibility in working hours, including evenings or weekends, if needed. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable with light consultative selling, such as helping a customer who is on the fence or explaining why a product is worth it. - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. Submit an Internet Speed Test Record your screen while completing an internet speed test at speedtest.net. Finalists will take a simple customer service rep skill test. We will provide a link if you are a finalist. We will interview 1-3 final candidates. We will hire 1-2 new reps. While I do that, could you please confirm your order number or the email address associated with your account? [Pause for response] Great, thank you! I see your order here. Based on what you've described, it looks like [briefly describe the issue, e.g., there may have been a delay in shipping, or there's an issue with the product itself]. Here's what I can do to resolve this for you: [describe a solution, e.g., offer a replacement, provide a discount, or ensure a faster resolution]. Additionally, I'll follow up personally to make sure everything is taken care of. Does that sound like a good plan to you? [Pause for response] Perfect! Just to recap, we're [summarize the solution provided], and you should receive [specific details, like confirmation emails or delivery timeframes].
