We focus on delivering a great customer experience and are looking for a reliable Customer Service VA to help manage daily support operations. Responsibilities Respond to customer support tickets via email Handle order tracking and shipping inquiries Process returns, refunds, and exchanges Respond to customer reviews when needed Escalate complex issues to management Maintain a professional and friendly customer experience Requirements Fluent written and spoken English Previous experience in e-commerce customer support Experience with Shopify Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar helpdesk software Strong attention to detail Reliable internet connection and availability Working Hours 20-40 hours per week Must have overlap with European business hours Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Compensation $6-$10 per hour depending on experience and performance To Apply, Please Answer These Questions How many years of experience do you have in e-commerce customer support?
