Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Operations & Customer Support Company: 1StopLaundry Location: Remote (Worldwide) 9am-12pm EST Mon - Friday $3 CAD an hour (up to $810 / month) + Bonus (Discussed in interview). About 1StopLaundry 1StopLaundry is a leading provider of free pickup and delivery laundry service across Canada. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): - Answer the phone for customers to assist with questions or bookings - Answer driver inquiries to assist with laundry pickups. - Help with any laundromat inquiries - Answer customer emails - Ensure order pickup and dropoffs are successful
