I need a customer service support specialist to help me manage our company's leads. Responsibilities include managing our CRM (Pipedrive) and responding to new leads, gathering necessary details, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently. Must be available during EST hours, be extremely fluent in English, and use proper grammar and punctuation when emailing customers. Note this may only be a short-term position.
