We are seeking a customer service representative to *Payment to freelancer is based on number of Customer Enquiries and Customers Serviced. Every 2 months based on revenue collected to provide a good bonus. Any resignation before 2 months will not qualify for bonus. *Fee here is for support for every 100 enquiries or part thereof. Template is already done and texting is way much faster and easier. 1. Follow up with Customers on their orders , book schedule of product calendar of delivery date and times 2. Assist with sending company payment QR codes, collecting payments, getting customer delivery details and email address and purchasing on their behalf on the website to arrange orders 3. Notifying our accounts team for invoicing and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be able to transactions efficiently.
