Customer Service / Virtual Assistant for Luxury Vacation Rental Business

Respond to guest inquiries and messages through our property management system (Hospitable). Monitor and update guest check-in/check-out communication. Escalate issues to co-hosts, owners, or vendors when needed. Assist with scheduling maintenance and cleanings as requested. Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, updating guest records, tracking issues). Ensure high levels of professionalism, accuracy, and timely responses to guest needs. Requirements: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Customer service experience (hospitality or short-term rentals a plus). Ability to multitask and stay organized. Experience using guest communication platforms, project management tools, or property management systems preferred. Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends if needed). Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
