Join our retail insurance brokerage as a Customer Service/Virtual Assistant. We seek a punctual, motivated, and proactive individual to work in a fast-paced environment with insurance brokers, carriers, and team members. Insurance terminology knowledge is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, emails, and CRM updates, as well as assisting with policy forms and client communication. Training provided. Demonstrates the ability to independently learn, comprehend, and implement information from training materials. Deliverables • Answer phone calls and emails * Assisting in quoting policies • Manage CRM database • Assist with policy forms • Communicate with clients • Make outbound calls • Follow up on leads Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time
