Summary

Our company is seeking a customer service professional who is fluent in English. This person would answer phone calls from our customers, and enter orders into our order management system. Other duties include resolving problems, answering internet live chat questions, emails, and data entry along with other projects to work on during times when there are no incoming phone calls. Training - 2 hours per day for the first 5 days (paid). The first day you will train with an experienced team member. On day two, you will begin answering the phone while the experienced team member listens in and assists you where needed and answers your questions. Schedule - Monday through Friday 10:00 AM EST until 6:30 PM EST (8 hours paid and 1/2 hour break, unpaid each day), 40 hours paid each week. Note, the hours are Eastern Standard Time USA. Applicants need to own a personal computer, mobile phone, and have good internet service. We only hire and retain people with very positive attitudes and energy, which allows our employees to enjoy working with one another, and allows everyone to benefit. This position offers opportunity for advancement in pay after six months, if the applicant is willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities within our organization. If your English speaking skills are impeccable, we may start your wage at $4.00 per hour. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
